TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to TAIC. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by TAIC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Currency: All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Security: We reserve the right to cancel orders that show signs of pricing errors or fraudulent activity.

2. SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS (DDP)

DDP Service: International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). TAIC handles the payment of import duties and taxes for your convenience.

Carrier Liability: TAIC is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Before Shipment: Please contact support@noble1994.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed (typically within 1-3 business days), we will provide a full refund or modify your details.

After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified. You must receive the package and follow our standard return process. Shipping fees are non-refundable for in-transit cancellations.

Refused Deliveries: Do not refuse delivery. Refused or undeliverable packages will be processed as returns, and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY

30-Day Returns: For returns based on personal preference, requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: For manufacturing defects, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.

Authorized Returns: You must contact us at support@noble1994.com to receive the authorized return address.

Tracking: International returns must use a trackable shipping service. TAIC is not responsible for items lost in transit without valid tracking information.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

UGC License: By posting reviews, photos, or videos (UGC) tagging TAIC, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

TAIC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: wars, strikes, pandemics, global logistics crises, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
