At TAIC, customer satisfaction is as essential as our artisanal craftsmanship.
We understand the complexities of international shopping and are committed to providing clear, fair, and supportive after-sales service.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original premium packaging (including the product box).
Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your original order number or proof of purchase to initiate the request.
2. Defects & Warranty
As outlined in our FAQ and Warranty terms:
Our Promise: If your product has a manufacturing defect (such as loss of vacuum insulation or structural cracking), please refer to our [Warranty]. Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product at no charge.
Artisanal Characteristics: Please note that the unique crystalline patterns on each pure titanium product are a result of natural "blooming" and are not considered defects. Furthermore, minor surface scratches from natural wear reflect your "individual story" with the product and are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
Shipping Damage: If the parcel is severely damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier immediately and take photos for evidence.
Immediate Claims: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@noble1994.com with high-resolution photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Process & Shipping
Submit a Request: Contact us at support@noble1994.com to explain the reason for your return.
Get Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Shipping Fees:

- Non-Quality Returns: For returns based on personal preference, customers are responsible for the international shipping costs of sending the product back to our fulfillment center.
- Manufacturing Defects: For replacements confirmed under our warranty, TAIC will cover the cost of the replacement product (see Warranty terms for details).
- Note: Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refund Completion
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
