1. What is Covered?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use:
- Loss of Vacuum Insulation: If the vessel loses its thermal performance (fails to keep drinks hot or cold).
- Structural Integrity: Defective welds, structural cracks, or persistent leaking caused by manufacturing flaws.
- Artisanal Defects: Any flaws confirmed to be a result of the factory production process.
2. What is NOT Covered?
To ensure the sustainability of our craft and respect the natural properties of the material, this warranty does not cover:
- The Mark of Time: Natural wear and tear, including surface scratches, dents, or the gradual fading of hand-brushed/crystalline finishes. We view these as the "individual story" of your vessel, not as defects.
- Subjective Crystalline Patterns: Each crystalline pattern "blooms" naturally and is as unique as a fingerprint. These variations are the soul of our hand-forged process and are not considered flaws.
- Improper Care: Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, abrasive cleaners, or unauthorized modifications.
3. How to Make a Claim

4. The "Peace of Mind" Shipping Policy
Once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product of the same or equal value at no charge.
