Is it safe to drink from titanium?
Yes. TAIC vessels are 99.8% pure titanium — inert, nickel-free and completely non-toxic, with no interior coating, liner or paint. Titanium is one of the most biocompatible metals, so nothing leaches into hot, cold or acidic drinks.
Does titanium give drinks a metallic taste?
No. Pure titanium is completely taste-neutral. Unlike stainless steel, it never lends a metallic edge to coffee, tea, water or acidic drinks — your beverage tastes only of itself.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Titanium itself cannot rust or corrode in a dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing with a soft cloth to protect artistic finishes and vacuum seals. Never microwave any metal vessel.
